Return and cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing ThefootballAutograph for buying your autograph, and it is a pleasure serving you. Sometimes you may change your mind 
regarding your order, so please read the below retune and cancellation policy.

General Terms

• Once you receive the item, you cannot return, cancel, or exchange your order.


• In case the delivered item is different that the item you have ordered, then you can ask for refund, cancellation or exchange in 24 hours.


• In case ThefootballAutograph will retune your money, then the money will be return in the same payment method that you have selected
  when checking out.

Return and cancellation Procedure:

1. You can contact the support team through Whatsapp +974-30255677 or sending an email to: team@thefootballautograph.com


2. Please include your order number when contacting us.


3. We must receive the item back before proceeding with an exchange, return or cancellation request.
   


4. When returning the money to a customer for an order that have been paid through credit cards, the money may take up to 14 days
   to appear in your card statement.
